The house features 3 bedrooms with a additional “guest room" (located on ground level), 3 bathrooms (1 full, 2 half, + outside shower), huge deck with a covered area, two bicycles and beach gear! MUST BE 25+ YEARS OLD TO BOOK NO PETS

Queen bed, 32” Roku TV in bedroom, loveseat & bistro table for 2, 24” Roku TV in living room/kitchen. Full size stack Whirlpool washer/dryer. WiFi. Pool pass in summer. Outside shower, underhouse deck, fish cleaning table, hose. Cooler, beach chairs & boogie boards. No smoking allowed on property, no guests (sleeps 2 max).

In the heart of Avon only a few blocks to shops, restaurants, Avon Pier, and more with easy walk and bicycle access to it all. Enjoy the good life in this new construction built in 2022 and relax with sunset views over the Pamlico Sound, direct access to the water from the property with provided kayaks and paddle boards, and boat/ ski owners may keep vessels tied up in the protected canal out back!

Oyster Point

Relax in this peaceful location with amazing sound views. Sound access nearby. It has a fully equipped kitchen, iron & ironing board, broom and small vacuum (located in the outside closet on the deck). Whether you want a quiet, relaxing stay or an activity-filled stay with biking, kayaking, or traveling the island, Oyster Point is your destination place! Note: There is ABSOLUTELY no smoking allowed on the property. This includes inside the house, outside on the decks, and on the grounds.

Adorable cottage with SPECTACULAR views! Located on a quiet dead end street in the heart of Hatteras Village. There is so much to do, but the view is so great you might not want to leave. There is a private shallow water dock across the street for a low draw boat, swimming, fishing, kayaking, and paddle boarding. Hatteras beach is just a short drive or bike. Access to the sound for Kite Boarding in the spring and fall. This cottage has it all! New washer/dryer, dishwasher, paint!

Come and enjoy old Avon Village on a quiet one way street. The Surfstead suite offers an eclectic blend of island history, craftsmanship and comfort in one of the oldest houses on Hatteras island. There is a private deck and entrance leading into a living and dining area equipped with a Roku tv. Prepare your meals in the fully stocked kitchenette. The bedroom boasts a queen size bed with another Roku tv, and a full bathroom with a custom tile shower. A private hot tub too!

The National Park Service maintains the adjacent beach which is part of Cape Hatteras National Seashore. This is the only beach in the Carolinas where you can enjoy the warmth and romance of a fire on the beach. Pets are allowed with a $75 pet fee plus tax.
