Beach house holiday rentals in Hatteras Island

This was such a lovely place to stay. The light wood floors and the decor was very calming and serene. The pool and hot-tub were a huge hit with the kiddos. The walk to the beach could feel a little far if you have anyone who is older or small kids, but we had no issues (three toddlers!). The beach feels like it's private, which was amazing. This place was thoughtfully designed and we had the best time. Also we had a small hiccup and Bradyn was able to help us resolve it as well, which was so appreciated! Finally, the owners have a big heart. They made a donation to this past year's Leukemia and Lymphoma Society silent auction which helped to raise money for a cure for blood cancers. Always a bonus when you are renting a place from good humans, and THANK YOU, Edgecamp!

Beautiful home and right across from the beach so just a minutes walk. Had everything you could ask for and the home looked just like the pictures. Super happy with my stay and will definitely be rebooking!

We come to the OBX, specifically Southern Nags Head every year. This house is by far our favorite. We usually get a home that is right on the beach, but this house sits one house back. We found this to be even better than oceanfront. The house is positioned so you can see the ocean between the two homes in front. The walk to the beach was very easy and quick. We love the keyless entry - don't think I can go back to having to keep up with a key anymore. The house was very clean and comfortable. Lots of space to spread out. The kitchen is well equipped - even had an air fryer! We had brought our own, but didn't need to bring it in. Our favorite spot (well, other than the beach) was sitting on the screened in porch looking out at the ocean. The neighborhood is quiet - seems that most of the homes on the street are not rentals. I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 in regards to the price, but it appears that most of the homes in this area have more expensive rent just since last year.

Seas and Stays allowed us to have a perfect vacation! The location was exactly what we wanted, the host was amazing, and the house was beautiful! Our family vacation was perfect, and so memorable! Super close to the beach, a private pool, and great amenities at the house! We will absolutely be booking again! Traveling with kids is never easy, and seas and stays made it a breeze! I cannot say enough great things about our entire trip!

The house looked exactly as described & shown in the pictures! It was absolutely beautiful, clean and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay so much! The host was communicative, nice, & made sure we were settled into the house comfortably. Cannot say enough good things about this Air BnB!!

Sherry’s place was spacious and well-equipped. Sherry herself was so kind - she helped us out with a car battery issue by lending us a charger. Quick response times and an overall great weekend!

We stayed at Mya's place in Salvo for a few nights in December with a total of 8 guests and found the place to be spacious, clean, and extremely peaceful - it was exactly what we were looking for. All in all, this was an enjoyable experience and despite a few inconveniences, we had a wonderful family vacation. Mya was also very responsive whenever we reached out. We would love to visit again. Well where can I start from booking to leaving the property me and my family received 5 star service from Chris. The house was clean the heated pool was clean and warm. The house was very welcoming and overall one of the best properties I have ever stayed during the 10 years of doing Airbnb. Chris is very friendly very understanding and a great host who makes sure to answer every question. Chris let us check out at a later time to accommodate our family and also mad sure to check in with us multiple times during the stay. Can’t wait to visit again.

We loved loved loved our stay at Robert and Jan’s place. Jan was an amazing host! She was attentive, detail oriented very helpful. She offered to pick up and deliver our groceries from the local Fiod Lion. She had left us snack and gifts with a handwritten note. We loved the hot tub evenings right under the NC stars. Pool was heated and kids had plenty to do, among the games in the house and outside beach walks. We will definitely will be back to her place next time to visit the NC OBX.

The home was spacious and clean. Stores, beach, restaurants, and activities all within walking distance. Highly recommend! Sandra was very responsive and the maintenance people were quick to arrive and address a burnt out light bulb even though we advised it wasn’t an emergency. Great place to stay and great people to work with.

Long weekend friend trip! Perfect location in the middle of OBX. Lots of drivable great things to do and eat. BEAUTIFUL sunsets!

The beach house was in an amazing location close to beach access and local restaurants. Rooms are very large and could accommodate a big group with lots of space. The pool and pool area was a great bonus. We spent a lot of time on the front deck for meals and hanging out. The owners were quick to respond to inquiries and very friendly. We hope to visit again in the future!

Kate was great! The place was beautiful, and all amenities were equal to or better than advertised. Everything was clean. The heated pool and hot tub were ready for us... The decks were great, especially the upper roof deck where you could start early and watch sunrise and go back up at night for sunset... Although the house is in a neighborhood this house is situated so that nobody is near you. The only sort of nearby house faces away from you, so privacy was high, and noise was low. The only thing we contacted Kate about was that when we got there the wifi wasn't working. She responded promptly with the news that the entire Outer Banks wifi was down. So not only was it out of her hands, but she also sleuthed out the problem and reported it to us right away. And it was back up the next morning. Avon is pretty small, and that's a big part of the charm. But we found several good restaurants. Ketch 55 in Avon was very good. Others a few miles south...

Beautiful home that belongs on the cover of a design magazine, perfect size for our family of 5 and amazing location! On a quiet cul-de-sac, quick/easy walk to the beach and absolutely stunning beach spot!!! Shower outside has hot and cold water. We had a couple issues with the cleaning/house when we first arrived but Jody was quick to respond, understanding and accommodating. We had the best week exploring and we're comfortable when we came "home" to relax. We'll stocked kitchen and absolutely loved to open the deck door to listen to the wind/waves at all times of the day! My kids adored the house and want to go back next year!!! This was a great rental for our family’s first trip to the Outer Banks. We brought our three young kids and dog; everyone was comfortable and had a great time. The home was well-stocked with everything we needed. We loved the hot tub and the short 10 minute walk to the ocean. Michael was a great host! Will definitely plan on staying here again!

Our stay was lovely! Everything in the house is quality. Comfortable beds, quality kitchen supplies, convenient ice machine, lovely decks. Beauty in the details inside and outside the house. From a hose to wash your sandy feet before entry, baby gate at the stair, a wooden tray to carry your coffee and breakfast to the porch with views of the ocean, to throw blankets in every room for snuggling under while watching your favorite movie on the many selections. The dogs were comfy and so were the two kids. Puzzles and board games in the cupboard, beach towels and muslin bath towels to dry off. Loved everything about our stay. Steps away from the beach at any time and laying on the roof deck at night to watch the stars. Mark was extremely responsive, sending a short video on how to use the nest HVAC. Super comfortable pillows for both back and side sleepers. Blackout curtains helped for those who need them. We slept with the windows open every night enjoying the waves. Had a magical trip.

We absolutely loved our stay here! We had never been to Outer Banks and felt right at home! We enjoyed the ping pong table, kayaks, and the outdoor enclosed porch. It was a quiet neighborhood, and we even saw deer graze in the yard. Overall, we'd love to come back to stay here for a peaceful vacation!

The pictures don't do this place justice. It's an incredible location with more than enough space for 4+ adults and can easily fit more. Quiet, tons of natural light with phenomenal sunset views every night (sunrises not too shabby either). Comfortable furniture, good AC, great kitchen space and amenities. Enough kayaks and paddle boards for the Brady bunch family. Good shower pressure and internet. Master bed was very soft for those with bad backs like myself but stellar stay overall.

Janelle and Adrian are absolutely wonderful hosts. Their home is beautiful and perfect. In every way the second you walk in you feel like you are on vacation and you don’t wanna leave. We actually extended our stay because the house was so beautiful and the location of the home was so perfect that we Just needed that one more night before we were ready to say goodbye. They are so quick to respond if you have a problem with anything and they immediately fix it for you I will never use any other Airbnb again when traveling to that area.

This was such a great stay for us and our 2 dogs. We loved the different porches and the balcony on the room since our dogs love soaking up the sun on the porch. It was also beautiful weather to eat lunch and dinner outside. The hot tub was amazing and we loved having that to relax in - but the bugs come out at night so don’t forget to take the citronella candles down with you! The house was so cozy inside and there was ample natural light. We were there when it was quiet and not many of the other houses were occupied. This also meant so much of the beach to ourselves. The beach is a short walk away! It was such a delight to stay here and the host is very responsive. Will definitely be back again!
