From the property, you can easily kayak or SUP. Both the beach and the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse are only a short drive away. There are also many shops, galleries, and eateries to explore.

We are less than 1,000ft away from the public beach access with a CROSSWALK at Hwy 12, and the Avon Fishing Pier is only a five-minute walk away.

Lovey Landing

Above the garage apartment with private entrance. There are 18 stairs that you must climb to get to the apartment. You will have access to our back yard and side yard for grilling if you would like to bring one. We are about a mile from beach access for 4x4 driving and walk on access. We are 7 miles from the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse and 6 miles from the ferry terminal in Hatteras.
