The cottage is situated in a very quiet residential area on the outskirts of Neuendettelsau surrounded by forest. 5-10 minutes' walk to our leisure pool Novamare, beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The train station is also a 15-minute walk away for a trip to Nuremberg or Ansbach. In 20-30 minutes you can be in the Franconian Lake District by car. Restaurants and supermarkets in the town center are also within walking distance.

We are very excited for you to discover the vacation home for yourself. My highlight in the house is the spacious living area where you can also sit comfortably with large groups. This very bright and beautiful house is in the best location and directly near the city of Heidenheim an der Brenz. You can walk into town (about 5 minutes to the arcades and the train station). There are two rooms suitable for four people plus a toddler. In the living/sleeping area there is a large double bed, a large sofa bed and a single bed in the 2nd room. The kitchen is fully equipped. Relax in the Franconian thermal baths or the Franconian open-air museum of Bad Windsheim. Local restaurants and shops are within easy reach.
