Our accommodation is just a few minutes' walk from Colmberg Castle and the golf course. The 95-square-metre house has a comfortable living room, a dining room, a kitchen with a dishwasher, as well as 1 bathroom, 1 separate WC and 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor. Free Wi-Fi is available. The charging station is a 5-minute walk away.

There are two rooms suitable for four people plus a small child. In the living/sleeping area, there is a large double bed and a large sofa bed, and there is a single bed in the second room. The kitchen is fully equipped. Opposite is the toilet with a shower. The terrace, which leads to the annex flat, invites you to relax and linger. In our cozy tiny house you can forget about everyday life! The cottage is situated in a very quiet residential area on the outskirts of Neuendettelsau surrounded by forest. 5-10 minutes' walk to our leisure pool Novamare, beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The train station is also a 15-minute walk away for a trip to Nuremberg or Ansbach. In 20-30 minutes you can be in the Franconian Lake District by car. Restaurants and supermarkets in the town center are also within walking distance.

Welcome to our vacation home, which we also use ourselves. Our aim in the complete renovation last year was to combine form, function and sustainability. We are very excited for you to discover the vacation home for yourself. My highlight in the house is the spacious living area where you can also sit comfortably with large groups. Mit Fertigstellung im August 2024, haben wir versucht einen Ort zu schaffen welcher zur Entspannung einlädt und bestes Wohlbefinden bietet. Erkundet den nahegelegenen Altmühlsee (8km) / Brombachsee (12km) mit deren zahlreichen Freizeitattraktionen. Komm an diesem unvergleichlichen Rückzugsort wieder in Einklang mit der Natur!
