Très bel et spacieux appartement décoré dans un esprit contemporain. Il est situé dans un palace du XIX siècle ayant gardé tout son charme d'antan : Le Splendide. Parquets chevron, hauteur sous plafond, moulures, fresques, mais aussi cuisine contemporaine, grandes chambres, lumière, soleil (triple exposition ) et grande terrasse couverte, pour prendre ses repas sur un magnifique parc arboré et sa vue lac... pour amoureux des belles choses :-)

A spacious bedroom features a wrought iron canopy bed, complemented by wooden flooring and exposed ceiling beams. Two armchairs provide additional seating, while large windows offer views of the surrounding landscape. A decorative fireplace adds character to the room's historic ambiance.
