Very quietly located apartment on the edge of the forest in the small district of Altneudorf of the Odenwald town of Schönau in the district of Heidelberg. On 50 sqm we offer a place with cozy warmth due to the included fireplace. The area offers numerous beautiful hiking trails, castles and other excursion destinations, etc. In the summer months (June/July/August/possibly Sept.), our sunken pool (heated by solar - water temperature therefore depends on the hours of sunshine) can be used in the garden.

Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Pool jeden Tag, für mehrerer Stunden zu reservieren. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang zum Pool von der Wohnung! 2026 gibt es eine exklusive Sauna und kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! Haustiere sind erlaubt aber bitte VOR der Buchung abklären und in der Anfrage angeben.

Make excursions to the thermal bath to Bad Schönborn- Mangoldsheim, about 10 minutes, or to the recreational area Kraichgau. Walk the Geowanderweg from Östrigen, 15-20 minutes, or enjoy wine hiking trails of the individual villages. In Malsch there is a petting zoo.

Mühle Avril

On the outskirts of Offenbach, near the forest and meadows, is the Avril mill. Our part is a listed building and we are slowly making our way to making it cosy and beautiful again. Nothing is perfect and modern with us, but loving and warm. We are a bunch of nice people in the house who like to live hospitality and always have an open door. Whether a few days in solitude and tranquility or at the table with us and in company, you are in the right place with us.

Whether hiking in the Palatinate, a few days of wellness or the tranquility of nature right outside the front door - a lot can be combined in this accommodation. The pool is particularly popular with our guests as it provides refreshment after sauna and walks. Privacy is also particularly appreciated, as both the pool and sauna and garden are available for exclusive use. The pool can be used all year round, but is not heated. A hot tub is not available.

Our modern, cosy holiday flat was completed in 2016 and is located in the wine & high-quality fruits village of Laumersheim. Laumersheim belongs to the administrative district of Bad Dürkheim and thereby is located in the midst of the holiday region Leininger Land.
