Apartment to feel good in the heart of the old town

Quiet apartment, 45 m², in a completely renovated house, built in 1850, in the middle of the historic old town of Ladenburg. Cozy and furnished to feel good. Restaurants and cafes are right outside the front door. The Neckar and the train station are within walking distance. Heidelberg and Mannheim can easily be reached in about 15 minutes by train. Bikes can be stored in the courtyard, where you can also sit nicely in the summer. For loading and unloading, the car can be parked right in front of the house.

Nice central room ❤️

The room is located right in the center of Heidelberg. From here you can reach all popular destinations (castle , old town, old bridge , Neckarwiese ..) on foot or by bike. The Bismarck Square is only 500m away, where the pedestrian zone/shopping street begins. Trains, buses and taxis depart here in all directions. Restaurant, cafes, bars, clubs, supermarkets etc .. are also all within walking distance. Despite its central location, the room is very quiet:)

A small empire for a while!

Small but nice ... this small attic apartment in the Heidelberg district of Kirchheim :-) In a small space everything compact that is needed for living... kitchenette with inventory, table oven, fridge, 2 hotplates, large wardrobe, plenty of shelf space, bed couch, cozy armchair, private shower/toilet with washing machine, drying room in the basement ... and it's sooo wonderfully bright ... the view through the skylight brings you a little closer to the sky:-)

Very close to the Neckar, you can stay in a beautiful Art Nouveau villa overlooking a quiet garden area. The old town is about 20 minutes' walk. In addition to the bedroom, there is a kitchen and shower room, which you can use alone. On the same floor we have two work or guest rooms that we use mainly during the day. Breakfast can be prepared in the kitchen. Please do not cook large meals on the stove. Please open the window when cooking!!

Cozy attic apartment for 1-2 people

I rent out my son's apartment, who now lives abroad. It is suitable for 1-2 people and is located in Handschuhheim, an idyllic district of Heidelberg. The apartment has two rooms, a living-bedroom (single bed and sofa bed) with a large workplace, a kitchen-living room, a shower room and a separate toilet. It is approx. 3 minutes to public transport and by tram you can reach the city center or the main train station in 10 minutes.

Old Town: Small but very central apartment

One-bedroom studio, queen size bed (160cm), small kitchen, flatscreen tv (no cable), dvd player. Neckar-view, main sights of Heidelberg in walking distance. Supermarket, bars and restaurants are close by. Check-in after 3 pm. Exceptions possible but please contact me beforehand. Key-Safe for Check-in (after 3 p.m.) Not suitable for kids. City Tax included in price (Heidelberg takes 3,50 Euro per person per night)
