Beautiful renovated basement apartment on the Swabian Alb. Here you will find many hiking and excursion opportunities. The apartment is 36 square meters. Hallway with washing machine and dryer. Bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped. Bedroom with TV and Wi-Fi. Please indicate in your inquiry whether you are traveling alone or as a couple. So I can make a price adjustment. The second person costs an extra 5 euros per night. At the moment there is still a construction site outside!

For additional guests (or if a queen-size bed is used by only one person), a sofa bed or a comfortable mattress for the floor is available. In the immediate vicinity you can reach everything that Heidenheim has to offer: Aquarena, Brenzpark, Hellenstein Castle, Voitharena, baseball stadium, CC, theater, arcades, but also a lot of nature with hiking and biking trails.

With the 4-star vacation home "Brenzblick," we offer you an entire vacation home with a huge garden, terrace and conservatory, which we completely renovated in 2018 and prepared for you. You can barbecue in the garden, make campfires, set off in a paddle board, kayak or canoe from the garden or cool off in the river.

Nice room in a quiet location

This very bright and beautiful house is in the best location and directly near the city of Heidenheim an der Brenz. You can walk into town (about 5 minutes to the arcades and the train station). Hospital, shopping, doctors, pharmacies, restaurants, indoor pool, outdoor pool, all in the immediate vicinity. Short distances to the highway connection. For nature lovers: The house borders a small park. Also various forests for cycling, jogging, etc. in the immediate vicinity.

The living area features a colorful sofa with decorative cushions, complemented by two armchairs. A small round table in the center holds a fruit bowl. Natural light streams in through a large window, illuminating the wooden beams and flooring.

In the former hayloft, on the first floor, we have created a cosy holiday apartment for 4 guests (approx. 56 sqm) with views of the Eselsburger Valley. The living and dining area features a well-equipped kitchenette, and lovingly restored 1960s sofas invite you to relax. From here, you can access the spacious, partly covered balcony. Wi-Fi and smart TV are available. There is one bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds, which can be pushed together.

The modern bright apartment (90 m²) is in the center of Bernstadt. A bakery with breakfast café is right in front of the house. To Ulm and the science city, you can drive by car without traffic in 15 minutes, to Legoland also 15 minutes. The large covered terrace to the southwest allows a panoramic view over the Swabian Alps. Beautiful 1-bedroom apartment in the middle of the city. The apartment is recently renovated and is so centrally located that almost everything is within walking distance in Heidenheim (pedestrian zone, grocery stores, pharmacy, Schloss Arkaden, train station, bus station, Brenzpark, castle, Voith Arena and much more). The apartment is located in a quiet residential area and is completely new. Parking is available right in front of the house. The shower is walk-in and the entrance can be made barrier-free without any problems. The apartment is located on the first floor. The shopping is within walking distance in 7 minutes as well as various restaurants and in summer also an ice cream parlor.
