The over 700 year old castle Haus Bamenohl is hidden behind old trees in the middle of an idyllic park in the heart of the Sauerland hills. As guest of the Vicounts of Plettenberg, who have been living here since 1433, you can relax for some quiet days alone, spend a romantic weekend for two at the fireplace or take a family outing. The A3 highway is also just minutes away.

Our guest rooms on the upper floor have their own entrance, bathroom and a large balcony which invite you for sunbathing from noontime on until evening. With just 38m² suitable for longer stays for 1-2 persons. A part of the flat is used by us as office, but most of the time you will be undisturbed. Refrigerator, dining table, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are available. Our kitchen is allowed to share.
