The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

The apartment on the upper floor has a living area of 93 m². This is divided into three rooms, kitchen, hallway, bathroom with toilet and guest toilet, utility room and a beautiful roof terrace of about 30 m². Underfloor heating is available throughout the apartment. In both bedrooms there is a double bed so that up to 4 people can sleep comfortably there! The kitchen is fully equipped. In the utility room there is a washing machine and a dryer.

The Hennef train station is also within walking distance and thus also the center of Hennef with all amenities (bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, etc.). Our apartment is located in a quiet residential area. If you like nature, you can go for a walk or hike in the Siegauen. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped and ideal for 2 to max. 4 persons.
