Hello :-) I'm renting a wonderful 1 room appartement in the heart of Rellingen out. (in the northwest city boundary of Hamburg) The appartment is build up on 42m², is located on the first upper floor and has a big south balcony. One can reach everything one need withing walking distance. Several supermarkets, backeries, post offices, drugstores/pharmacies, medical practitioners, banks, restaurants, etc. There is also a parking lot straight in front of the building for you to use. You need simply 30 minutes to get to the centre of Hamburg by car. By using public transport you'll need around 40 to get to the central station. The bus stop is only several steps away from the appartement. Information about the appartement: light kitchen with dining table for 2 and functional facilities for cooking including a coffe machine, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and much more. The livingroom as well as the livingroom offer accommodations for up to 3 people. A 90x200cm and 160x200cm is available. The room also offers a dining table for 4 people and a TV. Dank einer Küche habt ihr die Wahl, zwischen Kochen und auswärts essen. Restaurants und das beste Franzbrötchen der Stadt sind in direkter Umgebung. In die Innenstadt gelangt ihr nach 5 Gehminuten zur Bahn mit der U1 in nur 18 oder in nur 10 Minuten ins schöne Eppendorf oder Alster.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Although you are only 35 minutes away from Hamburg city center, you have the forest, meadows and horses right outside the door. The small apartment in the "Bullerbü" style is newly decorated and has its own entrance and the possibility to sit outside. Parking is available right outside the door. Other things to take into account: We live in the house next door and are therefore quickly on site if anything is unclear.

Our charming granny apartment is located in a quiet cul-de-sac of a residential area, close to the Alstertal, which invites you to take beautiful walks and the AEZ - Hamburg's most beautiful shopping center. The airport is ten minutes by car, and Hamburg city center is easily accessible by public transport and within approx. 30 minutes. The fully equipped accommodation has its own garden with terrace, which guarantees privacy, and is very child-friendly.
