Here you will find peace and quiet in nature. City about 15 min. walk (it goes relatively steeply uphill). Hiking trail below the house. Parking space for cars at the house. The newly renovated centrally located apartment in Essen Katernberg with free Wi-Fi is a 5-minute walk from the Zollverein World Heritage Site (9 km from Grugahalle). It has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and cozy sitting area. Approximately 15 minutes' walk from the train station and Elberfeld city center is the separately accessible apartment on the top floor of our two-family house, surrounded by gardens and close to the edge of the forest. It has Wi-Fi, satellite TV, DVD player and parking on our property with private charging facility (Wallbox 22 kW) for e-cars. If other check-in/check-out times are required, please inquire personally.
