Unser Traum ist mit dieser wunderschönen 3-Zimmer-Wohnung im Seebad Ahlbeck wahr geworden. Wake up, quickly run the 100 m to the beach for a refreshing swim before having breakfast on the sunny balcony and start the day with a coffee! That was our dream which came true with this beautiful 3-room flat in the seaside town Ahlbeck.

The apartment is located on a large property in an ideal southern location, right on the steep coast of the Szczecin Lagoon. The apartment is upstairs. From the large terrace you have a great view of the Szczecin Lagoon! Very tasteful decor with a lot of love for detail. In the outbuilding there are saunas, fitness, massage lounges, playrooms for toddlers, billiards, table tennis. Lagoon terrace for chilling, barbecue area, children's playground and much more. Accessible with elevator.

Old town romance in front of Usedom

Our small apartment (44 m²) in the old town of Wolgast is looking forward to your visit :-) The apartment is centrally located between the harbor and the market. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are within walking distance. Free parking for smaller cars (quite narrow, up to size VW Golf) is right outside the front door. Larger cars can park for free in some parking lots in the old town. The Bäderbahn train runs not far from the apartment to Usedom Island, as well as bus connections.

ALTE BUCHDRUCKEREI (Bäder architecture, listed) - a beachfront, individually furnished 92.5 sqm apartment on 2 floors, with 2 bedrooms (1x with double bed 1.80 m and 1x with bed 1.40 m). On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen and the dining room. A seating area in the sunny front garden is also part of the apartment. On the upper floor, the conservatory-like porch porch is to be highlighted. This can be opened by vertical sliding windows and used like a loggia.

The 75 m² holiday apartment on the top floor of 'Schloss Hohenzollern' offers plenty of space for up to 5 people. The apartment offers a fantastic panoramic view over the rooftops of Ahlbeck with its numerous historic villas. It has a cosy living and dining area and is very lovingly decorated. There are 2 separate bedrooms and an open sleeping area with another sleeping space. The bathroom and kitchen were renovated in 2025. There is a free parking spot.

Fresh and salt water in one: Unique and very quiet location on Lake Schloonsee – overlooking the lake – and a two-minute walk to the Baltic Sea beach. Our apartment is located directly in the middle between the Bansin and Heringsdorf piers. As a long-established Heringsdorf family – even our grandmother used to host guests from all over the world – hosting has a tradition with us and we are happy to offer you a pleasant stay on the Baltic Sea.

This is a semi-detached house in a neighborhood with thatched houses and unobstructed views of the Achterwasser. Lot size 1200 m². The offered apartment in the semi-detached house consists of the entrance hall on the first floor, the upper floor and attic and has a living area of 80 m². On the ground floor is the summer studio of the painter Kerstin Langer. In the other half of the semi-detached house there is another apartment (Kielhus).

Only 200m away from the Baltic Sea beach, this bright and well-equipped 3-room flat is located on the top floor of the Haus am Kurpark. With its floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room, it offers a wide view over the roofs of the Kaiserbad Ahlbeck. On the same floor opposite the flat is the wellness area with sauna, relaxation room and access to the communal roof terrace with a view of the Baltic Sea.
