Welcome to our apartment "Sicasa" in Schulenberg in the wonderful Harz Mountains. We renovated the apartment in 2024 after more than a year with a lot of love for detail. On 43 m², a modern and light-flooded accommodation awaits you, which convinces with its stylish furnishings and a fantastic view. The minimalist decor with subtle colors, lots of natural light and warm wood accents creates a quiet atmosphere to unwind.

Your place is on the ground floor of a farmhouse built around 1900. The yard with garden is available for you to use together. On about 75 m², a spacious, modernly furnished kitchen-living room, a bathroom and two bedrooms offers plenty of space to relax. The fast fiber optic connection also makes comfortable work possible. The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, dishwasher, fridge, kettle and coffee machine.

Our apartment is located in an old forester's lodge "das Krafthaus", which was built in 1902. It is a bit remote, in the middle of nature. The Schalker pond is within walking distance. ...... We offer a laundry package for €10 per person (towels, blankets and pillowcases). The contribution for the spa company is €2.80/night for adults and €1.89/night for children from 6 years. Payment is made on site.

Quiet room with private bathroom and entrance

The room has its own separate entrance and is located in the basement. A small hallway (which is only used by the guest) leads to the room. The room is connected to the private bathroom with shower. Optionally (for a fee), the sauna can be used. WiFi is available. A fridge and a microwave as well as a kettle are available for use. Bicycles and motorcycles can be safely stored in the garage.
