Monthly Rentals in Hickory

Great place to stay. was extremely cold outside and snowed. With the older windows, concrete floors the temp was hard to regulate but I managed. some noise as it's downtown and on the street but nothing that kept me awake.

We did a very last minute booking for one night, and had a great experience. Grateful for the host’s flexibility and responsiveness!

I loved staying here for a 3 month work contract. My dogs really enjoyed walking around the ponds and hanging out with the ducks! The inside space was perfect for me and was equipped with daily essentials for cooking. Two parks are within a ten min drive with lots of trails to walk. Pam was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to questions . Hated to leave the ducks and the ponds but we may return in the future! Highly recommend for working or travel to the area.

We were in town for Merle Fest, and this spot was the perfect location for that and for early morning walks with our dogs. We will be back next year! Bill is a very responsive host, and we look forward to being at his place next year!
