This apartment, which was completely renovated and fully equipped in March 2025, is located only about 50 m from the Rhine in the idyllic Leverkusen district of Hitdorf. In just 2 minutes' walk, you can reach: the Edeka supermarket, cafes, brewery with home-style cuisine, Gusto Italian restaurant. Both Cologne and Düsseldorf can be reached in just 20 minutes by car. The nearest S-Bahn station can be reached in about 7 minutes by car and offers a fast connection to the regional transport network.

This apartment with a large living room and a bedroom is perfect for families who want to visit relatives or want to explore Cologne and Düsseldorf. Due to the optimal connection to the highway as well as to the S-Bahn, you are in the city center of Cologne and Düsseldorf in 20 minutes. Within walking distance, you are about 5 minutes from an Edeka market and a casino. The highlight of the region is the water ski resort, which is about 10 minutes away and is visited by many as a day trip.

You would live in the small village called “Meigen”. It is very close to the city centre of Solingen. The drive to the city centre is about 5 min. with the car and 10 with the bus. You can park your car almost in front of the apartment. The train station „SG-Mitte“ is also very close. By foot you will need around 20 minutes, with the car only 5 minutes. If you want to ride to Düsseldorf or Cologne you can easily take the train (30-40 min.) or your car (same time), perfect for fairgoers.
