In the middle of the vineyards

In the middle of the vineyards, on the southern slope, with great views of the front Kinzig Valley, our house is in a secluded location. In the basement, at ground level to the garden, there is a cozily furnished apartment, where you can be comfortable in any season and in any weather. The combined kitchen-living room, bedroom and bathroom are accessible on around 45 m² barrier-free. Right outside the front door you will find endless hiking trails through the Black Forest.

A warm welcome to Gengenbach in Kinzigtal, “The romantic pearl” of the Black Forest. Our house is located in a residential area at the edge of town. Forest, meadows, fields and vineyards, for you to explore and enjoy, are within 500 meters of the house. Numerous hiking trails, nice little paths for a short walk, mountain bike trails and Nordic walking trails all start in our neighborhood. Shopping, supermarkets and a bus stop are just minutes away by foot.

Small & fine craftsman apartment

Our small but equipped apartment is located on the outskirts of Oberschopfheim, directly on the vineyards. Whether hikers, craftsmen, nature lovers,…. - we warmly welcome you to our place. The apartment with kitchenette and bathroom is all yours and is lockable. We share the house entrance. You can enjoy the sun all day long on your small terrace. Josef lives in the house together with pot-bellied pig Wilhelm and our cats Indie, Hera and Odin🐷 🐈‍⬛ 🐈

Our apartment (40 square meters) is located in our new building with a separate entrance and offers everything you need for a few relaxing days. Shopping of any kind is within walking distance. The newly renovated spacious apartment is centrally located and a 5-minute walk to the train station. The city of Offenburg offers a nice pedestrian zone and surroundings worth seeing. Excursions to the Black Forest, Freiburg, Europa-Park or Alsace are available. Parking is available near the property in public parking lots (for a fee Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 7 pm). Bicycles and motorcycles can be safely accommodated.

Relax in our charming vacation home. In addition to the friendly entrance area, the vacation home has a living and dining room with an open kitchen and sun terrace. A high-quality and fully equipped A built-in kitchen is at your disposal. The timeless bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. Towels are available. The double bedroom, like the living area, has a smart TV. Wi-Fi, community games and an internet radio are provided.

Modern apartment (48 square meters) with large balcony. For sleeping, a double bedroom and a new sofa bed in the living room are available. So a total of four people can stay at the apartment. The apartment was completely rebuilt and furnished. For small children, a high chair is of course available. There are many excursion destinations nearby, such as Europa-Park, Gengenbach or Strasbourg.
