From our apartment, the view from the panoramic sitting area sweeps over the newly renovated golf course, the Baltic Sea to the island of Poel. The equestrian facility “Glanz Equestrian” is located in the village. Our small residential complex with three units and private terrace has 1000 square meters of land and direct access to the golf course.

We took over at the beginning of 2025 and have since lovingly transformed five holiday apartments into stylish retreats – three are already finished. Our focus is deliberately on slowing down and rest. We have waived TVs and invite you to arrive at your own place: in nature, on the nearby beach. Listen to the sound of the waves, breathe and enjoy the simple, beautiful life.

Vacation in the middle of the historic old town. This cozy and also super centrally located apartment is located in the city center of the beautiful state capital Schwerin and is therefore the ideal starting point for excursions or excursions of any kind. The castle; the theater; the cathedral; restaurants; cafes, public transport, etc. are just a stone's throw away. With its 2.5 light-flooded rooms, the apartment offers enough space for up to 4 people.

On the edge of a small farm complex, surrounded by horses, chickens and a pair of storks, is our functional tiny house. The large sun terrace with awning, the adjacent pond and the open view of nature invite you to relax. The interior includes: a cozy sitting area with sofa, table and chairs, a wood-burning stove, a small kitchenette, a sleeping berth (1.60 wide) and a small shower room. Outside is a toilet house with a Finnish compost toilet.

Welcome to our cosy apartment in Hohen Wieschendorf in Wismar Bay. The vacation rental is upstairs from our house. In addition to a parking space and a balcony, there is also a sitting area with a folding grill at the pond. Within walking distance, you can reach the Baltic Sea. In a few minutes you can reach the Hanseatic city of Wismar or the Schlossstadt Klütz as well as the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen in a few minutes.

Tiny house with fireplace

Here you can book a 10 m² tiny house with a small kitchen and integrated bathroom. For cold evenings, there is a fireplace in addition to the underfloor heating. The accommodation is hidden between apple, pear, plum and walnut trees in our garden. The tiny house is biologically insulated with wood wool, clad from the inside with profiled wood and from the outside with larch wood from the region.
