Very modern and clean building, a little out of town and not always comfortable with public transport for example at night but otherwise everything is great.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Sabine and Johann were friendly, responsive, and always available for any questions or suggestions. We truly felt at home during our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future.

Such a beautiful home! We had our family reunion here and everything was so perfect. The home was clean and spotless. It had everything that we needed. It had beautiful furniture and decor , and felt very spacious! There was a washer, dryer, dishwasher, and heated floors for the cold weather. Our kids loved the fenced in front and backyard and spent a lot of time playing outdoors. It was very safe. It was a nice and quiet area, but had plenty of restaurants, grocery stores , and the train station within walking distance. Sabine was so nice and accommodating. We will definitely be back again the next time we go to Germany. Thank you for the hospitality!

We needed a place to stay to visit the relatives. The apartment was perfect for our purpose. By car, we were able to quickly and easily reach activities in the foothills of the Alps, with the family, as well as in Munich. We felt comfortable there and would book there again at the next opportunity. The apartment is new, quite high quality and large.
