Restaurants are about 1-3 km away. The numerous lakes can be reached in about 30 minutes by car. Munich, Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Augsburg, Füssen (royal castles) are about 40-60 km away. Enjoy your stay in the foothills of the Alps.

Our apartment (in a 3-family house) in the basement, is located between Munich and Garmisch-Partenkirchen, in the middle of the “Pfaffenwinkel.“ The optimal starting point for numerous excursions to sights or also sporting activities such as hiking or cycling. Larger shopping facilities can be found in Weilheim, Peißenberg or Murnau. In addition, a natural swimming pond with a small Kneipp facility is about 1 km away and allows spontaneous refreshment at any time of the day

Secluded, 200 m from the main house, it offers pure retreat: panoramic views of meadow and forest, a terrace for dining, yoga, or knitting, stargazing from the loft. Inside, a wood stove and infrared heating keep things cozy while foxes and deer pass by outside.

Our 120 year old in nouveau art house is located in the beautiful and astonishing prealpine lands right in between Munich and the famous castles. Our guesthome has a big kitchen with everything you need to cook, two cosy and indivilual bed rooms and a modern bathroom. The living room has a romantic fireplace. The TV is very versatile and you can choose if you’d want to watch TV from the couch or sitting in the chairs around the kitchen table. The sun room is my favourite spot with 2 unique seating arrangements that are very comfy.
