It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

Peißenberg is located about 60 km south of Munich and 45 km north of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, making it an ideal starting point for hiking, cycling as well as trips to the nearby and further surroundings, such as bathing lakes, royal palaces, Wieskirche, Partnachklamm, Oktoberfest.

The TV is very versatile and you can choose if you’d want to watch TV from the couch or sitting in the chairs around the kitchen table.
