Our place is close to beautiful meadows and hills, ideal for relaxing, hiking, going offline.... You'll love our Lydi-Hütt' because of the location, because of the little something extra, and the surroundings of our beautiful Vogelsberg. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, families (with kids), and dogs. The renovated half-timbered house is located in the hamlet of Schmitten. A hamlet is a very small residential development with approx. 10 houses. Pure idyll.

There are many places on the shared courtyard (4 other parties live permanently on the courtyard) to unwind, read or have a meal. The cottage is bright and looks spacious for a half-timbered house. The bathroom is brand new and the house was renovated in May 2020. ATTENTION: Look at the photo of the stairs in the house.

The sofa bed in the living room is very comfortable, so you can sleep well in two rooms. In the village, there is a nice outdoor pool and good gastronomy - surrounded by a lot of forest. Our café serves breakfast weekdays from 6 AM and on weekends from 7 AM.

When the window is open, street noise can be heard.

Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.
