Our beautiful little "village" consists of three houses. The overall impression is very harmonious and the coexistence with the neighbors is harmonious.

Romantic loft for individual holidays on the Baltic Sea. In the heart of Lütjenburg, not far from the Hohwachter Bay, various beaches (5-7 km) invite you to swim. Old beams, truss, raw plaster. Original masonry & old planks. The house is raw and original, not dead renovated. Crumbs fall from the ceiling and the cracks provide fresh air. The loft is anything but uncomfortable. It has style. You can expect 29 m² of living space in the 100-year-old half-timbered house.

The apartment is very bright through the large windows and we tried to combine the old charm with the new one. It is decorated to a high standard and is great for 5 people! Once used as a goose barn, the barn is now a unique, enchanted hideaway for friends, family and guests of the north. With sweeping views over meadows and fields, you are awakened in the morning by the rooster. Sheep and cows shape the rural peace, right outside the gates of Lübeck. The guest house is connected to the farm, which can be used privately during the week and on weekends (May-October) is a location for weddings and private parties.
