Comfortable and friendly! We were allowed to spend three wonderful days in this little castle – and it was simply magical. We received a warm welcome upon arrival, and from the first moment we felt completely comfortable. The entire property exudes a special atmosphere – lovingly restored, with an eye for every little detail. The decor is tasteful, charming and chosen with so much love that you immediately feel at home. Our room was cozy, stylish and clean – a real retreat to relax in. The area is very green and also the small lake can be reached on foot superbly and quickly. 🤩 Everywhere you can feel how much passion has been put into it. It's the perfect place to unwind, get inspired and just unplug. We take many nice memories with us and will be happy to come back! Regards Martha

There were three of us staying with our little one for one night in the Old Pastorate. We had been looking forward to this overnight stay for weeks and yet our expectations were exceeded. A great room, super easy to reach from the train station, friendly communication, what else could you ask for? We will be happy to come back and even consider making a detour to Barmstedt especially for this accommodation in the future.

We spent 2 nights in the beautiful accommodation and felt very comfortable. A really special house with extremely much charm and history. :)

A perfect getaway in the middle of nothing and everything. Only 20-30 minutes from Flensburg, but located in a really nice and quiet town. 5 minutes walk to a great restaurant. And I haven't even mentioned the hosts yet; lovely, caring people, who are dedicated to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Dörte cooks a hearty breakfast - it kept us going through most of the day, without getting hungry 😊 And of course, there is Moritz The Guard Dog - he also adds to the coziness of the place. I could go on and on about the place, but to cut it short, it was one of the most relaxing places, I have stayed yet. 5/5 would try again.

Lovely charming old vicarage with lovely garden.

Everything worked out well - I was warmly welcomed and got tips on where to dine in the evening. Cold drinks are even available at a low price. The rooms were as described and the breakfast was more than plentiful and extremely varied.

We were very happy with the place. The rooms are very nice and clean. The environment is very quiet. We particularly liked the fact that there are many excursion destinations in the surrounding area, so we never got bored. Also, Stefanie was very nice and she was a great host. I'm sure we'll be back!

It was very nice to stay with Anja, cleanliness, etc. The young neighbor is a bit weird but otherwise everything was fine.

Elke is a good-hearted woman and perfect host! She even picked me up from the train station – thanks again! The breakfast she makes for you every morning is prepared with a lot of love and very plentiful. The accommodation is not suitable for a diet regimen. 🙃 Rooms, bathroom and dining area are very clean and impeccable. Tall people should note that the bed is a little shorter than a normal one.

With Mareike, I experienced an extremely pleasant hostess, who welcomed me warmly in addition to the personal welcome, through various small accents (welcome to the wardrobe, on the full body mirror, in the welcome letter). By rest, relaxation and feel-good factor 100%. Mattress quality 100%. Cleanliness 100%. The small breakfast buffet was rich, 100%. Thanks for the hot chocolate☺️. There was always a parking space available on the premises, convenience factor 100%. A well hidden bicycle parking space was also available, 100%. Mareike can and will be happy to recommend. The place at Nicole's was super clean and totally cozy. I felt very comfortable. The breakfast was super delicious. Everything with a lot of love for detail. If I'm around again, I'd book this place again ❤️
