Very nice cottage, everything as described and very clean. It was a very pleasant stay!

We had an amazing easter vacation at this incredible place! Herman was friendly, always courteous and super helpful with our questions and requests. He even made sure the beer pump that wasn’t working was replaced (at 10pm!) thank you a lot again, you saved our evening. ☺️ All in all a beautiful trip we’d love to repeat and our group of four approves. We were allowed to spend an unforgettable week at the "Old Painters House". Already upon arrival, it becomes clear: the location is an absolute dream. Quiet location, right on the water and off the small country road, great for unwinding. The decor is not only tasteful and cozy, but also designed with a lot of love for detail. Especially the large bedroom with its wide view over the surrounding meadows appealed to us. A real highlight was the observation of thousands of nuns geese – right from the bed! Nature up close without leaving the house. A short walk leads over a small dock to Sieltor, from where you can enjoy a great view of Ems and Dollart. The next rolls are a bit away, but of the best quality. Conclusion: A wonderful holiday home with a very special atmosphere, in the middle of a quiet, inspiring environment. A week full of peace, nature and well-being – we will be happy to come back!

Rented Edwin's place in April for a few days. Edwin was always available and ever so helpful. Next to that, the house was beautiful, spacious and clean. Great host, beautiful place!

There were six of us (four adults, one toddler and one dog) who had a fantastic stay with Robert. Great place to stay in a very nice, well-kept park, wonderfully located in a forest area including lake. Beautiful Groningen is also easily accessible by car. Highly recommend!

A beautiful accommodation to spend a few days in a spectacular location. Wonderful hosts who could not be more welcoming, helpful and gracious. We would have no qualms in recommending this accommodation and would advise anyone to visit.

We were there with two couples for a weekend from Friday to Sunday and had a great time. The apartment is newly renovated and nicely furnished. Towels and linens were provided. Check-in and out were uncomplicated and the apartment has everything you need. The rooms are much bigger than it looks in the pictures 👍🏽 The only flaw: in the bedrooms there are only thin curtains and no blinds, which is why it was very bright in the morning and with windows open and a lot of traffic a bit noisy. But that bothered us so little that this apartment definitely deserves 5/5 stars, ⭐️👍🏽 we'd love to come back :)

We had a great stay, the house is very spacious and cosy and we felt at home straight away, the host is friendly and helpful. We liked the location with three beautiful national parks within short driving distance. Everything was clean, beds were great, we would highly recommend the place.

Lovely cottage in a farm house. The bed is extremely comfortable, pictures don't do the place justice, the interior is very cozy and charming. Host is very kind and the place feels home. Shops are walking distance, and the house is located opposite the canal, sunsets are beautiful. There is a bus 5 minutes walk from the house. Nice area to relax and unwind - away from the hustle and bustle of cities. The neighbourhood is peaceful and the villagers are friendly.

We were very satisfied with our stay at the apartment. There were two of us in the apartment and we found it very spacious. The apartment was clean and with check-in and check-out everything worked out well. We were called to let us in a little earlier. The hosts were very friendly and informed us about everything well. We felt very comfortable!

I stayed at Marion's for the third time and felt very comfortable as before. Marion is a very friendly and open hostess and always available for a "little snack." The apartment is very clean, modern and nicely decorated. I'd love to come back!

We slept well in the bedstee. The children also thought it was very cozy. Nice cottage, cozy atmosphere. Gas stove also makes it cozy. Magnificent views of flowering apple blossom. We were greeted by cozy chickens. Everything was just right when you looked around. Very nice!

Nice spacious apartment, top location, good communication

Due to my husband's work, we stayed in the accommodation of Dennis and his family for 7 weeks, who live in the main part of the house. The property is very quietly located. For those who love it like us it's perfect. You only need a car or bike for weekly shopping as there are no shops in the village. The rooms are small and each has a dresser in it. The bathroom, on the other hand, is very spacious, you absolutely have to ventilate after each shower, otherwise it smells something special. The kitchen and living room are very inviting to linger. Unfortunately, the garden was always very wet due to the weather, which is why we can't tell much about it. Behind the house there is a very nice playground and picnic areas. There are plenty of great ways to walk. We made trips to Groningen, Veemdam, Assen and even Amsterdam. We enjoyed it very much. Dennis and his family were incredibly nice!

The place was way better than the pictures. Super nice game space. Very large. The pool table was a hit. Everything you needed was there. Sauna is with plunge pool. Everything was neat. Nice extra that there were horses and could pet. Quiet area but with all the facilities you don't necessarily have to leave the cottage. We would recommend it or definitely come back.

A lovely little apartment in the centre of the city.

I needed a place to stay at short notice due to construction work. The location of the apartment is super central, restaurants are close by. The contact was very nice and straightforward. There is nothing to complain about.

The long weekend in the apartment overlooking the lake was beautiful. The apartment is freshly renovated and we were welcomed with drinks and some treats in the fridge. We were even allowed to borrow the canoe to ride it across the lake. Joke and her husband Martin help wherever they can. Thanks again for the wonderful stay!

We enjoyed it very much at Insa and Torsten's place. They offer a lovingly furnished apartment from which you can do a lot of business. Insa and Torsten were very helpful and friendly. We can only recommend the two. Jeannette and Birgit
