In einem fast 200 Jahre alten Bauernhaus mit Blick auf unsere Hoftiere (Pferde/Schafe/Katze/Hund/Hühner) könnt Ihr wunderbar entspannen. Basel ist mit dem Auto/Zug in 20 min zu erreichen. Der Bahnhof Beuggen liegt in Laufnähe (1,5km). Direkt nebenan befindet sich ein Kinderspielplatz und auch der Wald mit schönen Spazier- und Fahrradstrecken liegt nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Rez-de-chaussée complet d'une maison individuelle, d'une surface de 120m2!!! (La chambre No 3 se trouve au sous-sol de la maison). La rue est très calme mais également à deux pas de la frontière suisse (Basel-Bourgfelden) et donc du Tram No 3, et également de l’aéroport de Bale-Mulhouse (pas de vols entre 23:00 et 06:00). La Villa Bellevue est totalement rénovée début 2021, avec une très belle vue sur la nature depuis la terrasse, sans vis-à-vis. La machine à café est de marque Bosch Tassimo.

Quiet guesthouse in romantic surroundings!

Recently built guesthouse on the property of an old mill. We (two families) live in the main building. Both apartments have a seperate entrance and a terrace showing to the little creek which gives it a romantic touch. The place is 10 km from Basel which can be reached by bus or train in about 30 minutes. In the village nearby you´ll find a supermarket and other stores. Good starting point to explore the Black Forrest. The mixture of nature and civilisation makes it a special place!
