Other leasure activities on and around lake Lucerne are also possible. Schwyz and Lucerne are reachable via boat or car. The cottage can be reached within 15 minutes by car from Gersau. Please note: it is a mountain road, which means it is curvy, steep and with only one lane with the possibility of turning out at regular intervals in the event of oncoming traffic.

Access by car is not possible in winter. If it snows, you can take a sleigh or skis from the village directly to the house. You can reach small bathing bays or the nearby castle park with the imposing Meggenhorn Castle on foot in 5-20 minutes. The 9-hole public golf course Meggen invites you to relax. The bus station is about 100 m away. You can reach the tourist highlights in 5-10 minutes.

A house to yourselves. Who doesn't want that? The house is located on a small hill above the valley. The house is still almost in the condition as it was built in 1793. Ideal for nostalgics. The house is about 5 minutes' walk from the parking lot. Transport for luggage and food/beverages is organized during check-in time. On the first visit, we go to the house together, as the wood stove and oven need explanation.
