Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Iberian Peninsula

Guiomar was very responsive to my messages. The house is close to many, many excellent restaurants and a couple minutes walk to the beach. Also, it's in easy walking distance of a major supermarket and the train station. The place, including the kitchen, is well equipped for a large group. It well-facilitated our multi-generational family vacation. The light and view from the top floor and patio are lovely, I enjoyed the sunrises. My grandchildren enjoyed the winter ferris wheel overlooking the sea and the merry-go-round in the park.

We had a lovely stay in a beautiful area. The presence of bikes is a plus. Sabrina and Julien are very pleasant hosts, very responsive. Recommended!

Surf Atlantic was overweight hoped it would be. The house itself was spotless and had everything we needed. The hot tub was just what we needed at the end of our busy days to warm us up (unfortunately the weather was not kind to us!!). Despite the awful weather we got to use the bbq on our one sunny evening. Baleal itself is just stunning, beautiful beaches to walk to and some lovely places to eat. Zuzanna was super helpful and friendly. My husband needed a massage after hurting his shoulder and I can definitely recommend Zuzanna. We would definitely visit again in summer months to make the most of the garden and the beaches.

Great in every respect. We traveled 6 people: 2 adults and 4 teenagers and we felt very good from the first moment. All comfortable in this house, quiet to rest after a day of work and tourism. Everyone had their space to isolate. I also want to underline the kindness of the hosts who attended to us. Thank you very much for everything

We loved the location of the Trendy House right in Old Town — easy stroll down cobbled roads, street after scenic street, close to shops and restaurants. Definitely have your espresso and breakfast at Coffee and Waves around the corner, friendliest staff! The Trendy House is small but good use of space. Wood counter for bathroom vanity is starting to absorb water and lose its finish, but otherwise the place was in good condition. The beds were utilitarian, not luxurious but were comfortable and firm. Excellent shower and cute balcony; we used the washer and hung clothes to dry. Overall we were very happy with our stay, and the location can’t be beat in Lagos!!

Perfect stay!! Sophie and Georges are exceptional hosts very kind and excellent communication 😊 The house is very well equipped, we lack nothing and the setting is superb 🤩 2nd stay for us and we will be happy to come back!!

Dar stay at Manel's place was very great. He took very good care of our family.

The bungalow was very clean and convenient. I had a lovely stay and hiked parts of the Cami de Cavall. There's nothing going on about this time, so to speak, and I liked that. The season doesn't start until Easter. It's good to know that you can book this bungalow even in the preseason. There are not many times during this time.

Very well located and clean apartment. We stayed there for a week and felt very comfortable. Everything you need is nearby and everything was within walking distance anyway. Patricio responds quickly and easily. We can only recommend the apartment.

Florenza was great to work with. She communicated well and helpful with check in when our flight was significantly delayed and also helped with setting up transportation to and from the airport. Location is very central to most all attractions and we found it very easy to navigate within the neighborhood. It is a tad loud due to it being on the Main Street but we knew that going in to the reservation, just something to consider if that is a concern for you. You do share a hallway with her other Airbnb apartment so you can hear quite a bit (we dealt with some very loud neighbors) but she was extremely helpful and prompt in addressing that noise problem with the other tenants. You can also hear the lift so just something to keep in mind. The place was as pictured in the listing. Clean, well stocked, and a decent size overall. Showers are very small which we expected but still found challenging. It could use a paint uplift on the walls but it was very nice either way. Great place to stay!

Simply a lovely apartment with the most beautiful views of the city and water. Alberto was nice to help when I contacted him-we also had to check out a little later. I wouldn't recommend using the kitchen for larger meals, but it can be used for cold meals. We had a great stay and will definitely come again!

Thank you Teresa, for the beautiful accommodation. We had 4 wonderfully relaxing days here and were able to experience the lively and lively city of Lagos up close according to the good tips of Teresa and due to the excellent central location of the apartment, as well as excursions to the fantastic coves of the Algarve to Cabo de São Vicente or the Monchique mountains. The comfortable beds provided excellent sleep on the wonderfully quiet nights, the free parking lot very close by was perfect. We highly recommend the neighborhood and say thank you again Teresa for a nice time at her place:)) Annette & Matthias

It's a perfect spot to stay in Castelldefels, location, beach front, awesome hosts, great chiringuitos. We'll be back.

Pedro is an amazing host. So friendly and responsive. He really cares and want to help. As he is a chauffeur he was able to pick us up from the airport which made it really easy for us as we had an elderly person in our group. He dropped us right outside the flat. The view from the flat is incredible. The flat is simple but comfortable and clean with good beds and really good value for us in April. The Luis 1 bridge is 5 mins walk away and from there you can walk or take the metro (1 stop to Sao Bento station) into Porto. But if you are after port wine tasting then all the caves are on this side of the Douro river with lots of restaurants. So walking is easy. We would definitely return to Pedro’s apartment and happily recommend it. We felt that 3/4 days in Porto was enough time to do all the attractions. Charming city :) Thank you Pedro

Nice neighborhood, well served by means, amazing to reach the various areas. Several nearby restaurants. Neighboring markets. Clean and well-kept apartment, adequate spaces. I also recommend it for a family. The only small flaw is the not excellent soundproofing with other apartments and the outside Accurate and courteous support. Recommended!!!

This is a lovely property. Brian dealt very quickly with the couple of small problems we had on arrival. A car is needed as the complex is in a spot with no pavements. Gardens, pool etc all immaculate and underground parking was great. Internet was a bit hit and miss

Excellent stay. I recommend it.

We stayed for 3 amazing whole weeks and felt completely likely home. The decoration is very cozy, it has everything you need to cook, to relax, the TV is high quality, the internet works perfectly for remote work, the bed is comfortable, the house has lots of natural light with a great view. Julian is very responsive and the printed book with tips and suggestions was a great touch. The only bad part was having to leave. Very recommended!

The apartment is great for a family. The development has a pool, garden that were ready already in April. the kitchen has a dishwasher and everything you need. Everything was as described in the listing. We've been very comfortable. Jaume has been very kind and attentive. If we can, we'll repeat.

We really enjoyed our stay at the marina apartment. We could walk everywhere. There was a grocery store just down the street. Lots of restaurants close by. The balcony overlooked the pool and the beds were very comfortable. Edite gave us recommendations on where to eat and what to see. I would highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay at Liu-Qi’s place. Great location, very easy to get everywhere by foot or via Bolt. The decor was beautiful and it felt very clean! Great communication from start to finish- couldn’t recommend this place more for a few nights stay in Porto!
