Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Iberian Peninsula

Guiomar was very responsive to my messages. The house is close to many, many excellent restaurants and a couple minutes walk to the beach. Also, it's in easy walking distance of a major supermarket and the train station. The place, including the kitchen, is well equipped for a large group. It well-facilitated our multi-generational family vacation. The light and view from the top floor and patio are lovely, I enjoyed the sunrises. My grandchildren enjoyed the winter ferris wheel overlooking the sea and the merry-go-round in the park.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans une magnifique région. La présence des vélos est un plus. Sabrina et Julien sont des hôtes très agréables, très réactifs. A recommander !

Surf Atlantic was overweight hoped it would be. The house itself was spotless and had everything we needed. The hot tub was just what we needed at the end of our busy days to warm us up (unfortunately the weather was not kind to us!!). Despite the awful weather we got to use the bbq on our one sunny evening. Baleal itself is just stunning, beautiful beaches to walk to and some lovely places to eat. Zuzanna was super helpful and friendly. My husband needed a massage after hurting his shoulder and I can definitely recommend Zuzanna. We would definitely visit again in summer months to make the most of the garden and the beaches.

Muy bien en todos los aspectos. Viajamos 6 personas: 2 adultos y 4 adolescentes y nos sentimos muy bien desde el primer momento. Todo cómodo en esta casa, tranquilo para descansar después de una jornada de trabajo y turismo. Cada uno tenía su espacio para aislarse. También quiero subrayar la amabilidad de los anfitriones que nos atendieron. Muchas gracias por todo.

We loved the location of the Trendy House right in Old Town — easy stroll down cobbled roads, street after scenic street, close to shops and restaurants. Definitely have your espresso and breakfast at Coffee and Waves around the corner, friendliest staff! The Trendy House is small but good use of space. Wood counter for bathroom vanity is starting to absorb water and lose its finish, but otherwise the place was in good condition. The beds were utilitarian, not luxurious but were comfortable and firm. Excellent shower and cute balcony; we used the washer and hung clothes to dry. Overall we were very happy with our stay, and the location can’t be beat in Lagos!!

Séjour parfait !! Sophie et Georges sont des hôtes exceptionnels très gentil et excellente communication 😊 La maison est très bien équipée nous y manquons de rien et le cadre est superbe 🤩 2eme séjour pour nous et nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !!

Dar Aufenthalt bei Manel war sehr toll. Er hat sehr gut für unsere Familie gesorgt.

Das Bungalow war sehr sauber und bequem. Ich hatte einen schönen Aufenthalt und wanderte Teile des Cami de Cavalls. Um diese Zeit ist sozusagen nichts los und das gefiel mir gut. Die Saison beginnt erst vor Ostern. Es ist gut zu wissen, dass man dieses Bungalow auch in der Vorsaison buchen kann. Es gibt in dieser Zeit nicht viele.

Sehr gut gelegene und saubere Wohnung. Wir waren eine Woche da und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles, was man braucht ist in der Nähe und sowieso war alles fußläufig erreichbar. Patricio antwortet schnell und unkompliziert. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Florenza was great to work with. She communicated well and helpful with check in when our flight was significantly delayed and also helped with setting up transportation to and from the airport. Location is very central to most all attractions and we found it very easy to navigate within the neighborhood. It is a tad loud due to it being on the Main Street but we knew that going in to the reservation, just something to consider if that is a concern for you. You do share a hallway with her other Airbnb apartment so you can hear quite a bit (we dealt with some very loud neighbors) but she was extremely helpful and prompt in addressing that noise problem with the other tenants. You can also hear the lift so just something to keep in mind. The place was as pictured in the listing. Clean, well stocked, and a decent size overall. Showers are very small which we expected but still found challenging. It could use a paint uplift on the walls but it was very nice either way. Great place to stay!

Simpelthen en dejlig lejlighed med den skønneste udsigt over by og vand. Alberto var sød til at hjælpe når jeg kontaktede ham- vi måtte også tjekke lidt senere ud. Jeg vil ikke anbefale at bruge køkkenet til større måltider, men den kan godt bruges til kolde måltider. Vi havde en fantastisk ophold og vil helt sikkert komme igen!

Vielen Dank Teresa, für die schöne Unterkunft. Wir hatten hier 4 wunderbar erholsame Tage und konnten nach den guten Tipps von Teresa und aufgrund der hervorragenden zentrumsnahen Lage der Wohnung die quirlige und lebendige Stadt Lagos aus nächster Nähe erleben sowie Ausflüge zu den traumhaften Buchten der Algarve nach Cabo de São Vicente oder ins Monchique-Gebirge unternehmen. Die bequemen Betten sorgten in den herrlich ruhigen Nächten für ausgezeichneten Schlaf, der kostenlose Parkplatz ganz in der Nähe war perfekt. Wir können das Quartier wärmstens empfehlen und sagen Teresa nochmals Danke für die gute Zeit bei ihr :)) Annette & Matthias

It's a perfect spot to stay in Castelldefels, location, beach front, awesome hosts, great chiringuitos. We'll be back.

Pedro is an amazing host. So friendly and responsive. He really cares and want to help. As he is a chauffeur he was able to pick us up from the airport which made it really easy for us as we had an elderly person in our group. He dropped us right outside the flat. The view from the flat is incredible. The flat is simple but comfortable and clean with good beds and really good value for us in April. The Luis 1 bridge is 5 mins walk away and from there you can walk or take the metro (1 stop to Sao Bento station) into Porto. But if you are after port wine tasting then all the caves are on this side of the Douro river with lots of restaurants. So walking is easy. We would definitely return to Pedro’s apartment and happily recommend it. We felt that 3/4 days in Porto was enough time to do all the attractions. Charming city :) Thank you Pedro

Bel quartiere, ben servito con i mezzi, stretegici per raggiungere le varie zone. diversi locali vicini per ristorazione. Market vicini. Appartamento pulito e curato, spazi adeguati. Consiglio anche per una famiglia. Unica piccola pecca la insonorizzazione non eccellente con altri appartamenti e con l’esterno Assistenza precisa e cortese. Consigliato!!!

This is a lovely property. Brian dealt very quickly with the couple of small problems we had on arrival. A car is needed as the complex is in a spot with no pavements. Gardens, pool etc all immaculate and underground parking was great. Internet was a bit hit and miss

We stayed for 3 amazing whole weeks and felt completely likely home. The decoration is very cozy, it has everything you need to cook, to relax, the TV is high quality, the internet works perfectly for remote work, the bed is comfortable, the house has lots of natural light with a great view. Julian is very responsive and the printed book with tips and suggestions was a great touch. The only bad part was having to leave. Very recommended!

El apartamento está muy bien para una familia. La urbanización tiene piscina, jardín que estaban preparadas ya en abril. la cocina tiene lavavajillas y todo lo necesario. Todo tal cual se describe en el anuncio. Hemos estado muy cómodos. Jaume ha sido muy amable y atento. Si podemos repetiremos.

We really enjoyed our stay at the marina apartment. We could walk everywhere. There was a grocery store just down the street. Lots of restaurants close by. The balcony overlooked the pool and the beds were very comfortable. Edite gave us recommendations on where to eat and what to see. I would highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay at Liu-Qi’s place. Great location, very easy to get everywhere by foot or via Bolt. The decor was beautiful and it felt very clean! Great communication from start to finish- couldn’t recommend this place more for a few nights stay in Porto!
