Relax at this calm and stylish new property. The house is under construction and will be ready in the beginning of June 2024, that is why there are mere moments of the outside as the interior is not ready until then. The house has two bedrooms, bathroom, living room, dining room and kitchen. The house is located about 3 miles from Kirkjubæjarklaustur, so is right between The black sand beach in Vík and The national park Skaftafell and Jökulsárlón to the east. From the house there are both views to Vatnajökull and Mýrdalsjökull.

Exellent location between Airport (30 min.) and Reykjavík (15.min Central). The Cottage is downtown Hafnarfjörður, close to the harbour, a walking distance from Restaurants, Coffee shops, Tourist info, cute little shops, supermarket and a central bus stop. Taking a SAUNA after a long day is a real treat and the "outside" shower (with hot and cold water) is a great experience. Then Hvílusteinn is perfect as a getaway from the city into the wilderness & as a base camp for South Iceland, within 100 km you have most of Iceland's popular gems! Airport about 170km away. It's nice to just enjoy the local nature and the northern lights in this remote and secluded area of the countryside with a private outdoor shower and shared indoor shower and a sauna. Totally renovated 160m² house in an exceptionally beautiful location by the Eyjafjoll mountains and a view to Vestmann islands, only two hours drive from Reykjavík. Three bedrooms, one ensuite with king size bed, and one bedroom with a king size bed and another with a queen size bed. Fully equipped kitchen with spacious dining and living room offering time to relax after sightseeing. The location gives opportunities to visit South Iceland such as Thorsmork and ferry to Vestmann islands.

Hvammból Guesthouse - Apartment

Hvammból Guesthouse is a small family run company. We rent out four studio apartments, which all have their own entrance, and a small porch where our guests can enjoy the beautiful view. Closed to the cottage is Skálholt church, one of Iceland´s most important historic sites. You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed, the coziness, the kitchen, the hot tub. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. Only 2 km to Health service. If you have back problems we have a soft mattress for you.
