Great apartment for up to 4 people, very well located, next to Shopping Maia and in the best neighborhood of Guarulhos. It is in perfect condition, very well equipped, spacious balcony, two bathrooms. I stayed with my wife and two children for 10 days. The condominium is very nice, safe and without bureaucracies. The market and the laundry 24h were great differentiators for us. I strongly recommend the Elder as a host, always available before and during the stay, took care of everything and made us very comfortable. On the next trip, absolutely, we'll be there again.

The apartment is even better than the listing, very spacious. It has all the necessary kitchen utensils and comfortable beds. The atmosphere was very tidy and clean. The location is excellent, has supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants nearby. For sure we would stay again.

Best hosting we've had on Airbnb to date! Eloisa is a love of person and helped us with everything we need, such as a flexible check-in/check-out and local restaurant recommendations! In addition, the house is spacious, beautiful and everything was in perfect condition (showers, closets, bedding, kitchen items). I highly recommend the accommodation and the location, as it is not so far from the main points and the neighborhood is very quiet!

Sandra has welcomed us well since before the stay. We arrived early in the city and she was quite flexible with the check in time. The house and bed/bath linen were very clean and smelling. The site is easily accessible and very well located, perfect for those who go to an event in Allianz Parque.

Very well located house. We were well received even after hours (we left our origin after hours and arrived close to midnight, received us very well). The house is super well-equipped, located right in the center of Monte Verde, with parking on the side included in the accommodation. nor do we need to take the car to do the rides. It's not our first time staying at Mr. Gilberto and the second time was as good, or better than the first. The house is very spacious, beautiful and organized, it has everything you may need, from bath towels and face to several kitchen utensils. The house has a fireplace, which makes everything even more cozy, especially in the cold. Mr. Gilberto served us promptly and made himself available for any questions. I've come back and hope to return more often.

Our experience at Mrs Ivone's chalet was spectacular! Check in super flexible, upon arrival at the accommodation Mr. João received us super well and brought us a warm stuffed bread that Mrs. Ivone had just made. The view of the chalet is surreal of beautiful with lots of nature, privacy, as well as a swimming pool and a shower to refresh on hot days. The night sky gets super starry, great for staying from the balcony contemplating. Mr. Joao took us to bathe in the Waterfall that has on his property, stayed there with us was super cool! The chalet is 12km from the main road, the road is dirt, but very quiet, great for those looking to disconnect from the rush of the city! We fall in love with everything we live in. Thanks to Mrs Ivone and Mr. João for welcoming us with so much affection and kindness… we highly recommend!

We love our stay at Flat. Impeccable and very cool. The apartment has 2 bedrooms all with air conditioning and TV and has accommodated my family of 4 very well. There is a little market in the building that facilitates quick shopping. The Host Maria super kind and proactive in communication.

Marcos served us quickly and was very requested. We rented on Saturday afternoon to enter the next day and it was super quiet. The communication was always excellent, the apartment served 5 five people well (place for 6) and has everything you may need (refrigerator, stove, microwave, iron, etc.), the location is quiet, close to the subway. It has a very close mini market (Sugar Loaf), the garage is great, the access to the building is quiet (we leave our data with the Marcos who passed it on to the gatehouse, 24h, and the porters soon memorized our faces, making it easier to enter, but at the same time, when someone in the group tried to enter for the first time, the doorkeeper only left it after verifying that it was someone authorized). The apartment is large, with TV, internet, two bathrooms. It's your home away from home. Great.

Second time I stay at Thiago's apartment. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable and the location is wonderful, close to everything! The apartment is cozy and has a super charming electric fireplace in the living room. The check in was easy and the concierge super solicitous! I also had easy communication with Thiago during the stay. The apartment is as described in the ad and photos. we will go other times!
