So close to the city and yet in the middle of nature! 2-room basement apartment (eat-in kitchen with pull-out day bed, bedroom with water bed), of course with bathroom, toilet and private entrance. The landlady lives in the same house. The optimal location at the idyllic nature reserve "Völsersee" also convinces with its close location to the varied city life of Innsbruck. If you feel comfortable in the mountains and nature, but do not want to miss the city, this is the place to be.

Bright large studio in a quiet neighbourhood and central location. Within 10min walking distance you'll find groceries stores, train station, restaurants and city center. The apartment is perfect for a max. 6 person group. The fully equipped kitchen, living and working space as well as the wonderful terrace make it an excellent choice for longer stays. We are private room landlords and offer apartments in our own house. My name is Angela and I will always be on site during your stay.

Zitadelle – Dream house surrounded by greenery

The solid wood house is located in the middle of Igls, the cozy district of Innsbruck, in the southern low mountain range. The house rests charmingly among the old fruit trees of our garden. The living space is flooded with light and generous. From the sweeping southwest balcony you can see far into the Upper Inn Valley. In the east, the morning sun falls in and you can see the nearby Patscherkofel, the popular local mountain of Innsbruck.

On 40 m², it offers an ideal home base to comfortably explore and happily enjoy Innsbruck and the natural beauty of Tyrol. In a short time and distance you can discover many places on foot or buses take you directly to the center or to the mountains all around. Parking the car is easy: it is right in front of the house!

Unique view overlooking the Old Town, the River Inn and the Inn Valley. You are in the middle of Innsbruck, next to the Innpromenade, which takes you within 7 min to the Golden Roof in the Oldtown Bakery, Pharmacy right on the bottem of the house . You get pink sunrises and at night the lights are reflected in the river. Enjoy your good night drink on the Terrace .

My place is 42 square meters and is relatively centrally located. Bus connection outside the door, 10 minutes to the center, quiet location. You'll love my place because of the location and surroundings. My place is great for couples, solo travelers, and business travelers. You will get the Welcomcard Innsbruck from me for the visitor's tax.
