Spacious - Complete Renovation - Come see!! Our building is on an Island and on the beach! Our unit faces East or the Inter-coastal but the beach is just downstairs. Our 8 unit building is ‘On the beach. Downstairs we have a beautiful semi-private patio area surrounded by sea grape plants. We have a table and chairs, 16 beach chairs, kayaks and paddleboards, outside shower, gas grill, & a firepit for all to enjoy. Wonderful & quiet for families & couples. No smoking in the unit. No pets.

There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen. There is also a storage unit on the ground floor for beach equipment. With this CORNER unit, you can take in the views from of the Gulf of Mexico from bedroom as well as the living room wrap around balcony. As a bonus there is a second balcony in the 3rd bedroom overlooking the intercostal!

Everything you need for your perfect vacation. Totally non-smoking unit. Come and stay with us. This is a second floor walk up condo. There are 27 steps. May not be suitable for the elderly or small children. Check in 3pm. Check out 10am Our maximum occupancy is 4 people including children.
