Holiday rentals with lake access in Indian Shores

Booked this property for a bachelorette party and was very happy with it! Back yard is absolutely gorgeous. As noted in other reviews the deck is under repair as a result of the last hurricane. Beds were comfortable. The spacious kitchen and dining area made it great for hosting our party of 9. We were easily able to Uber/Lyft 20 minutes or so to downtown for the pier, beach and night life. WiFi did go in and out. Would absolutely book this property again/with the hosts.

The living area looks larger on the Airbnb site. It was very clean and comfortable. The furnishings, accessories and kitchen items are very outdated and should be updated. The neighborhood is quite. Tammy responded faster and clearer than anyone other property manager. 5 Stars for Tammy!

We loved our stay at the pool house! The heated pool was an absolute highlight for my kids. We loved the scenery and quiet neighborhood. The house is close to restaurants and the beach. Would love to come back sometime!

We usually go to Florida for spring break and this house stood out! It was incredibly clean! We felt as if we were at home. The host is so nice and responsive. We had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and utensils. The house is so comfortable! The couch was so nice to relax on after a long day at the beach (which is just 5 min drive away). We went to Indian rocks beach which is so peaceful and Clearwater beach is also nearby. There are so many restaurants nearby, plenty of ice cream shops for desert as well. We loved the house itself , All the furniture was really nice and the entire house was carefully thought out and designed. My kids loved the pool! The pool was clean and so much fun to use. The backyard is beautiful. I wouldn’t change anything about the stay. We are coming back again next spring!

Hosts were proactive and good communication. Very clean place. Pool and Hot Tub were very nice. Centrally located.

We loved the house so much we are going to stay again for our next trip. We are both big fisherman & my Dad caught a HUGE bass from the pond. Had to be 5-6 lbs. It was very peaceful and quiet on the deck and we enjoyed bird watching. Beds were comfy and we felt at home. Larry- the host- is very friendly and great at communicating! Can’t wait to go back.

Great location on the lake. Just outside the back yard the lake comes alive with bird life. Back porch is the key to relaxation and enjoying nature. The host Kristin is a great concierge for local sites and restaurants, she is a long time St Pete resident. Really enjoyed my long stay.

Great place to stay as a family of 4. It was well stocked and clean. Kid’s room was perfect for our 4 and 2 year olds. Nice view of the river. Only two things worth noting: 1) there is no traditional table with chairs for eating meals. There is a low table and cushions for sitting on the ground. 2) it is a little bit of a walk from the parking spot to the door and then up the stairs. Not that bad but is a bit of work if you have a lot to unload

Nice location, easy access. Quieter than staying on Gulf Blvd which is nice.

I was traveling alone to meet up with a friend to celebrate her birthday. The private garage and entrances were perfect for this gal. The location was perfect. Accommodations were very modern and comfortable. I did leave after a one night stay. I let them know and they were grateful for the a knowledge. Due personal circumstances. I will hope to visit again!

Had a great stay here ! There is lots to do in the area and local to plenty of beaches. Has many great kitchen amenities and a huge closet if you are traveling…. I would definitely recommend

Would highly recommend for anyone else looking for a beautiful spot in a gorgeous, quiet neighborhood that's very central and close to downtown. We had an absolutely PERFECT wedding week.
