The accommodation is a separate part of our house, which is surrounded by the garden with swimming pond. A separate guest entrance offers privacy. Quietly located and close to the centre, Riehen is one of Basel's best residential areas. Public transport: 10 minutes on foot to bus no. 34, from there 15 minutes to the centre of Basel, free taxi in the evening! 20 minutes by bike (guest bike available), 10 minutes by car, free parking! For art lovers: Only a 15-minute walk to the Beyerler Museum!

Der private Zugang zum Studio erfolgt über 13 Aussentreppenstufen durch den Garten. Zum Studio gehört auch eine kleine Garten-Terrasse gegen Westen gerichtet, mit Markise und Sitzgelegenheit. Parkmöglichkeit bietet sich direkt am Haus. Die Gastgeber, mit ihren beiden Katzen Maya und Negrita wohnen im Haus .

Close to nature & stylish living in the old farmhouse

The apartment is in the small district of Karsau, which belongs to Rheinfelden (Baden). In an almost 200-year-old farmhouse overlooking our farm animals (horses/sheep/cat/dog/chickens) you can relax wonderfully. Basel can be reached in 20 minutes by car/train. Beuggen train station is within walking distance (1.5 km). Right next door is a children's playground and the forest with beautiful walking and cycling trails is a few minutes' walk away.
