A stone's throw from the city center of Die (500 m by the pedestrian walkway), by the river, you are in the countryside and in the city! On the ground floor of our house, our entrances are opposite: you are quiet, but we are there if necessary. Nice studio at the foot of the slopes, 80 m from the cable car, access to the Villard de Lans Corrençon area. Located in the Clos de la Balme, quiet, on the edge of the forest Esf 30 m away. In the immediate vicinity: Beginner area of Les Rambins (a small green slope to go down). Nordic area 10 min walk. The pretty village of Corrençon, 15 min walk or 3 min ski! You are in the heart of a small mountain village (666 m) at the gates of Grenoble (20 min). Hikes await you in summer or winter. The Chamrousse or 7 Laux resorts are very close. The interior is cozy (16 m2) but functional and new. You have a private perched terrace.

Sheets are provided but we do not provide bath towels, remember to bring yours.
