Studio located on the ground floor of a Savoyard house renovated in 2022. Very nice view of the mountains (Dents de Lanfon and Tournette), close to the lake and beach, close to the center. This accommodation includes a kitchenette (1 stove, 1 small sink, 1 small fridge, 1 microwave oven), a table and 2 chairs, a shower room, a high-end sofa convertible into a bed, 1 TV.
