The house, equipped and renovated in a contemporary style, is set in a large 2,500 m enclosed garden planted with flowers and trees, except on the lake side. The garden ends in a private beach and pontoon. Lac de Paladru is also known as the blue lake because it has a Caribbean feel. This is no doubt due to the colour of its water, which varies from turquoise to emerald thanks to the chalky lake bottom.

The house is located in a hamlet in the hills of the Drôme department. The house is over 140 m² with 4 bedrooms, a large living room, and a kitchen with a large dining table. All beds are modular: 8 singles or 1 queen-size (160 cm) and 3 king-size (180 cm). There is a bedroom on the ground floor with a private shower. On the first floor are the 3 bedrooms and the bathroom (with a bath and separate shower). The swimming pool is shared with the 3 other houses in the hamlet.
