The apartment is located south of Isère Rhône, 2 km from the A7 highway. It is adjoining our house but completely independent. It is about 35 m2 on 2 levels. On the ground floor, the main room with kitchenette and living room is illuminated by a large glass roof overlooking the courtyard. At the back is the bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs, a mezzanine with another double bed and the shower room/toilet. The environment is quiet and the pool is shared access.

We will host you all year long in a nice, cosy, renovated barn located in a small village in the middle of the Chartreuse Mountain chain. The studio is composed of a bedroom on the first floor with a bathroom (shower) and on the ground floor, a kitchen with a microwave, electric cooking Appliance. Note that the toilets are on the ground floor. Bed sheets and towels provided. Homemade breakfast not included in the price.

We offer you a pretty independent house in our property, with its terrace and small garden. Functional and well equipped, it is located in the Village of Saint Vincent de Mercuze. Where you can rest after a nice hike. Private parking for one car. The Maisonnette is ideal for a single person or a couple, (not PMR) Hiking departures are possible from the Maisonette. There is free wifi as well as air conditioning.
