The house, equipped and renovated in a contemporary style, is set in a large 2,500 m enclosed garden planted with flowers and trees, except on the lake side. The garden ends in a private beach and pontoon. Lac de Paladru is also known as the blue lake because it has a Caribbean feel. This is no doubt due to the colour of its water, which varies from turquoise to emerald thanks to the chalky lake bottom.

Want to cut yourself off from the world? We offer you a total disconnection in this charming cottage on the shores of Lake Monteynard (Trièves), surrounded by nature (forest). On-site activities: fishing, canoeing, boat ride on the lake which is 30 m from the accommodation and you can make beautiful hikes with the Himalayan walkways nearby. Atypical accommodation with access only by 4x4 or on foot (1 km), welcome on arrival, we will take you with your luggage. Same for your departure.

We provide you, free of charge, with two canoes/kayaks, (2 and 4 seats) two paddles, and four adult mountain bikes plus 2 children's mountain bikes Everything is within walking distance, shops, restaurants The accommodation is equipped with a large terrace sheltered by a pergola under which you can enjoy meals or rest. The sports equipment made available to you is under your responsibility and we will not be responsible for how you use it

Our house is ideally located 100 meters from the lake and 4 km from Annecy Old Town. You don't want to be caught in traffic, we provide, for a fee, 10 bikes. If you want to spend a quiet evening, the house is decorated with a 250 m² fenced garden, where you can enjoy the lounge area, dining area, barbecue and fire pit

"L 'escée", in Bouvesse, welcomes you in its charming estate, in an 18th century bourgeois residence. Each room has a view of the Bugey mountains. A cosy living room, as well as a dining room open to a kitchen with a glass roof, allow you to spend convivial moments. You can relax in the park, enjoy the outdoors, the pool. We are located in the countryside, but in the heart of a hamlet: large, noisy parties are therefore not allowed.
