Hayts Chapel, on a beautiful and private half acre has a large open space with hardwood floors, high ceilings, partitioned bedroom, full bathroom, and kitchen. Large old windows with wavy glass let in tons of light, but insulated attic keeps it cool. Outdoors has an eating area, stone fire pit, and plenty of parking. Close to downtown, gorges, wineries and u-pick farms, this quiet setting with relaxing ambiance is a wonderful space for a home-base while visiting Ithaca and the Fingerlakes!

Next to East Hill Plaza; supermarket, drug store, shopping, dining, gym, gas and wine store are just minutes away. TCAT bus service is one block from the apartment. This non-smoking apartment is well-stocked with all the amenities you need for a comfortable and restful stay. Fully furnished with eat-in kitchen, shower, and a beautiful, sunny bedroom. Industrial vibes in a rural setting. This 3-bedroom / 2-bathroom home is brand new and professionally designed. The home features a new kitchen, 65" TV in the living room, comfortable beds, and two work-from-home stations with dual monitors. Dog friendly but were unable to host cats or other pets. *Our newly built home is 1/2 of a side-by-side duplex. Each home is extremely quiet and has fully private indoor and outdoor space so you get the most out of your rural getaway.
