Beautiful lake views, amazing location, cozy, modern, comfortable, & peaceful. These are a few of the most common remarks from our guests. The perfect lake living on the water while still minutes from town! Treat yourself to coffee/tea every day while watching the sunrise over the lake from dual balconies/the dock. Quiet, hilly, pretty 8-12 minute drive to downtown, Cornell & IC. The 3 bedrooms include a queen room on 1st floor & queen & twin rooms on 2nd floor. Full, modern kitchen w/ stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher. WiFi, many moviechannels on the 2 TVs, small deck, umbrella tables, large yard. There may be 2 nite minimum stay on some weekends. The price listed is for 2 guests. Each additional guest, after the first 2, will be $30/nite (reflected in quote when you enter the correct # of guests.)

Hayt's Chapel

Hayts Chapel, on a beautiful and private half acre has a large open space with hardwood floors, high ceilings, partitioned bedroom, full bathroom, and kitchen. Large old windows with wavy glass let in tons of light, but insulated attic keeps it cool. Outdoors has an eating area, stone fire pit, and plenty of parking. Close to downtown, gorges, wineries and u-pick farms, this quiet setting with relaxing ambiance is a wonderful space for a home-base while visiting Ithaca and the Fingerlakes!

*Note: Our photos are slightly outdated, and we will update them as soon as our current tenants move out.* Northside Nest is located on a quiet block close to restaurants, the Farmers' Market, the public bus and more. You’ll love Northside Nest's location, wood floors, and convenient parking, not to mention the comfy bed! Keep in mind, there are two energetic children living upstairs, so there are some daily noises making this space not ideal for folks looking for a quiet retreat.

"Urban Cabin" Apt in Town & Gorge

Surrounded by trees and the sound of Six Mile Creek, and a 7 minute walk from the Commons. This apt is in a hidden paradise in Ithaca. 1920s house with lots of character. Custom woodwork. Equipped for long and short stays. Walk to Cornell in 25 min. Ithaca College is a 20 min walk & the State Theater is a 15 min walk. There is also a 3 bedroom "Gorge View Getaway" in the same house that you can book if your group is larger than 2 people. There is 1 flight of stairs to both AirBnbs.

Private apartment with full kitchen (dog friendly)

This apartment is located in the basement of a family home. It is a self-contained private unit with a separate entrance, full kitchen, bathroom with shower and washer/dryer and a living space. The property is fenced and has a pool for use in the summer and a pond with fish to feed. Friendly dogs are welcome (the owners have a friendly beagle-basset who loves to meet other dogs). Please note that we have ducks who free range in the yard.

We are smack-dab in the middle of downtown Ithaca on the quietest, most forgotten street in town. 1 block from Gimme Coffee on Cayuga St. 1.5 blocks from Greenstar Oasis grocery market. 3.5 blocks from the Downtown Ithaca Commons. 1.5 blocks from the #10 bus to Cornell. So close to everything it's a great way to see what downtown Ithaca has to offer you.
