A magical treehouse perched over its own gorge on Cayuga Lake. This place is special! There’s a giant porch wrapped around a 300-year oak tree and a lakeside tea house that can serve as an extra bedroom. There’s a dock, fire pit, room for yard games by the water, plenty of outdoor seating on the porch, by the lake, or on the dock. All of this is minutes from downtown Ithaca, Cornell, and Taughannock Falls state park. It’s also a great base to explore the Finger Lakes wine region.

Tucked Inn is a totally remodeled house in a quiet country setting. The pond offers swimming, a dock, pedal boat and fishing. The sunroom has a sauna for 2. The owners are next door and have a 500 acre family farm with beef cattle and a maple syrup operation. Sit on the front porch or grill on the back porch and enjoy the propane fire ring. Kids can run and play. Hunting available a mile away on a State Game Lands 219. Enjoy hiking in the large woods just out your back door.

This private, spacious, light filled loft (entire top floor) used to be Alice H. Cook’s house. Has floor to ceiling windows, overlooks private pond, a sauna you may use, large garden and woods - the open, uncluttered space and tranquil surroundings are relaxing. Near hiking/biking/running/ski trails, brewery, vineyard, golf course. A queen bed in main area+ twin bed at the opposite end. Safe, quiet, surrounded by nature, wrap-around deck - a peaceful, private setting.
