Direct access to the park-like garden (for shared use). Great walks are right outside the front door. The bus stop is only a few meters away (about 7 minutes by bus to the train station/city). Nice apartment in the center of the small town of Neuenstein. Nearby is the castle, the church and the park. Within walking distance are 3 restaurants, 2 bakeries, 3 supermarkets and 1 butcher. The apartment is on the upper floor with a shared entrance door and staircase, but with its own apartment door. There is a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe as well as a private balcony. In the second room there is the kitchen, a dining area and an additional sofa bed.

Our modern self-contained apartment is a new building, which is in a very quiet location overlooking Murrhardt. There are two free parking spaces in front of the house. There is hardly any traffic on the private road. The famous Villa Franck is located just behind the house. The train station is a 5-10 minute walk away. There are numerous leisure activities nearby, such as the Hörschbach waterfalls, which are within walking distance.
