You can help with milking the 70 cows. There are horses for trail rides and riding lessons by arrangement/payment. Rustic pool with its own spring water. We rent our idyllic 2-room apartment in a quiet hillside location in the center of Schwäbisch Hall with private garden and old town view. You can prepare meals in the kitchen. In 5 minutes you can walk to the old town of Schwäbisch Hall. The apartment is located on a quiet street where you will also find a parking space for your car. Our friendly apartment (approx. 40 m²) offers a stroll through the design history of the 1920s to the present day. All the furniture has been lovingly restored.

The bungalow, completed in November 2020, is located on a fenced property with an area of 500 square meters. The accommodation is heated with an automatic pellet stove with a viewing window. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The room with a double bed is separated from the room with a bunk bed by a wardrobe. Wi-Fi with 250 Mbit/s is at your disposal. The covered terrace offers enough space with about 28 square meters. A carport and a parking space are provided. Access is barrier-free.

The apartment is located right on the edge of the old town and therefore everything is within walking distance. Only a few stairs and meters of altitude have to be overcome (typical Hall). The market square (known from the Schwäbisch Hall open-air theater) and St. Michael's Church are within walking distance. Almost down the stairs and you are already there. The guest apartment is located in a separate building with private access. We, the hosts, are the neighbors.

Whether artists, commuters, on assembly, hiking, wine and short breaks, whether alone or as a couple, as a starting point for all activities in the diverse Weinsberg Valley, the property is ideally suited. Pantry kitchen (outside the bedroom), private bathroom and balcony offer the necessary independence and retreat.

Beautiful bright studio in Möckmühl

The apartment is situated in the basement of my house. They use the apartment only for themselves and also have their own entrance. The living area is a light room and has an area of about 26 sqm. The sofa serves as a sleeping possibility and has a wide of 1.40 m and is sufficient for 2 persons. On the sofa there is a foam padding of about 6 cm. A normal bed is used as another sleeping option. Parking is very close by.
