Our "Backpacker" is a cute and cozy 96 sq.ft. of tiny house nirvana. Situated on a small tidal slough, it provides a beautiful natural setting for reflection and appreciation of that which is good in life. For those looking for luxury, the Backpacker is not for you (you may encounter bugs and it's really hot in summer). However, the Backpacker has a pretty cool vibe, and is extremely convenient to historic Charleston and Funky Folly Beach. The Backpacker is for backpackers and nature lovers.

This spectacular single-family home sits on a large, private, maturely-landscaped lot. The expansive front yard is well-appointed with the Lowcountry's famed majestic Grand Oaks and Folly Beach Sabal Palms. This home was professionally and meticulously designed to include all modern amenities and upgrades while retaining the simple and quaint nature of a classic Folly Beach home. A quick walk or bike ride to Folly's best dining, shopping and nightlife, and only steps to the Atlantic Ocean.

Indigo House Poolside Retreat is a bright, beachy & bohemian space that is perfect for your stay in beautiful Charleston! This one bedroom pool house apartment is located in the heart of James Island, just 10 minutes from the downtown peninsula and 15 minutes from Folly Beach. It can sleep up to four adults and includes a full kitchen with incredible outdoor space including a salt water pool and a gas fire pit. While the pool house is located in the owners' backyard, it feels very private.

The Garden Folly Guest House

Our architect said, “this is NOT a garage, it’s a Garden Folly!” Our Guest House has a bird’s eye view of the rose covered pecan tree and a vista of the marsh and the Wappoo Creek. When we rebuilt our 1930's garage we saved all the beaded siding and pine floor. My husband enjoyed incorporating many design elements and creative ideas. It was quickly becoming the Taj Garage. We decided it was just the kind of property we enjoy when we travel, so, Voila! we decided to share it with you!

This historic property was built in 1838 with original porches to this grand Charleston home. Full renovation in January 2023 to create the beachy, coastal, surf chic spot it is today. Updates include new kitchen, two new bathrooms & fresh paint. Relax surrounded by a fun vibe and great local art.
