Der Wohn-Essbereich ist mit einer Küchenzeile ausgestattet. Das Schlafzimmer liegt zur Westseite, ebenso wie das Bad. Der Balkon (ca. 5m²) ist zur Südseite gelegen. „Bill“ kann mit Wohnung „Beiboot“ zu einer großen Wohnung (4 Betten) kombiniert werden.
