Hof Seewind vacation apartment - right on the North Sea

Our apartment offers families, couples and cyclists the perfect starting point for a relaxing time out on the North Sea coast. The apartment is located directly behind the dike on a courtyard with a large garden – quiet, close to nature and yet close to the coast. By bike you are at the dyke in a minute and also on foot you can reach the North Sea in a few minutes. Since we live in the house ourselves, we are always there for you if you have any questions and will be happy to give you tips for excursions or restaurants.

Vacation home with terrace at Norddeich harbor

100 m² four-star vacation home directly on the dike with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Suitable for 2-6 people and 2 parking spaces right in front of the house. Enjoy the atmosphere of the Norddeich harbor. Arrival by train is possible without any problems. In the harbor you have direct boat connections to the popular day trips, along the seal banks in the Wadden Sea National Park as well as to the islands, Juist and Norderney. The holiday home was awarded four stars by the German Tourism Association.

Der „Oll Kohstall“ besticht durch einen großzügigen Wohn- Essbereich mit altem Ständerwerk, drei charmanten Schlafzimmern, die unterschiedlicher nicht sein könnten, ein modernes Badezimmer mit großer begehbarer Dusche und einer Küche im besonderen Design. Das großzügige Grundstück lädt zum Entspannen und Genießen ein.

Lachmöwe by DeJu Norderney (4 Star DTV)

4**** DTV-Klassifizierung. Die im Erdgeschoss liegende 2 Raum Ferienwohnung Lachmöwe by DeJu in Norderney ist ca. 43 qm groß, verfügt über eine private Terrasse (ca. 10 qm) und liegt direkt am Weststrand. Sie zeichnet sich durch eine sehr zentrale Lage aus. Bis zum Strand sind es ca. 240 m. Zum Kurplatz mit dem angrenzenden Badehaus sind es ca. 350 m. Bis 4 Personen geeignet und buchbar (bitte Hinweis dazu beachten). Sie wurde Anfang 2025 vollumfänglich renoviert. Glasfaseranschluss.

Beautiful cottage on the Ihler Meer

The cottage is located in a quiet cul-de-sac location on the Ihler Meer. Shopping, pharmacy, the monastery of the Ihlower Forest, as well as the swimming beach of the Ihler Meer can be reached in a few minutes on foot or by bike. Ihlowerfehn is an ideal location to explore all of East Frisia. Various coastal regions can be reached in about 45 minutes by car. In the immediate vicinity is a restaurant with beer garden as well as a beautiful playground.

Groot Stuv apartment for 2-3 people

Relax – in our cozily furnished Groot Stuv. As you enter the apartment, you will find yourself in the spacious living room with integrated kitchen and cozy dining table. The Groot Stuv has two bedrooms. One facing south with a large double bed and one facing east with a single bed plus day bed with sitting area. The bathroom is equipped with a large shower. On the north side there is a terrace where you can have breakfast or sunbathe.

Vacation home with garden

The apartment "Groote Kaat" is located on the Sommerpolderhof in the Krummhörn between Norden and Emden. The shrimp cutter harbor of Greetsiel can be reached in 10 minutes from here. The apartment is 75 m² and has a large bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and another bed (0.80 x 2.00 m). A private (fenced) garden area, adjacent to that of the neighboring apartment, with a spacious terrace and sun loungers completes the offer.

You will stay on the first floor of the villa with 120 m² of living space in high rooms in the exclusive ambience of a modernly designed villa with historic furniture from the Gründerzeit period. The villa is located 5 km from the center of Emdens on the Emsdeich near the Petkumer Deichvorland conservation area. Why not end a long dike walk with a cozy evening with friends by the fireplace!

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.

Frisian Cate East Frisia

Our thatched cottage in East Frisia is the perfect place for rest and relaxation. Cozy and maritime furnished, you can have a wonderful holiday in a rural location, within easy reach of the North Sea. Many enjoy the green surroundings and yet the proximity to shops. With its blue shutters and typical thatched roof, the house fits into the quaintness of East Frisia. From here, the charm of the area can be explored extremely well.

Look forward to a relaxing stay in our cozy and centrally located apartment. The apartment is ideal for a vacation for two or just to relax for a few days alone. The apartment includes a spacious terrace with a small lawn. The mandatory guest fee, which applies to the municipality of Norden-Norddeich, will be charged separately by us. You will receive your guest card from us upon arrival.

The Kowblick apartment is upstairs. Enjoy breakfast on the sunny balcony with a limited sea view. The apartment is on the upper floor. Our guests have two bedrooms with double beds and a modern sofa bed for two more guests in the large living/dining area. The exclusive sauna and fitness area in the basement with daylight complete your feel-good vacation in the Winkelschiffchen.
