The town center is around the corner - the main beach is exactly five minutes away. I offer you a cozy attic apartment of about 40 square meters on the 3rd floor. The apartment has a living room with integrated kitchen and dining table, from which you have a wonderful view of the harbor activity. In the living room, the couch can be converted into a double bed. The bedroom has a large bed with a continuous mattress; a travel crib for toddlers can also be set up.

But the tennis court and goldfish pond are also within walking distance. To enjoy the legendary raisin buns at the Dömäne Bill, that would be the day to rent a bike. The pedestrian zone as well as sports facilities with De Baalje or the harbor area are within walking distance. Close to shopping (food, drugstore). The proximity to the coast and the swimming lake Tannenhausen are perfect for day trips. The apartment was newly expanded and equipped in 2015/2016.

Our apartment is located in the former living area of an old and extensively renovated Gulfhof, at the foot of the dike, in the midst of a nature reserve. High ceilings, thick beams, large wooden windows with a great view into the East Frisian landscape and a modern decor with great attention to detail make this apartment a place to come down and relax.

Our apartment is on the upper floor and is about 35 square meters. The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the north beach. The center of Norderney with the Conversationshaus, the theater, various restaurants and shopping facilities is easily accessible on foot. We are not commercial landlords and live downstairs in the house ourselves.

Island Residence Juist

The modern house with 9 individual apartments, clinkered with high-quality materials, has existed since 1992 and has an unobstructed view of the Wadden Sea. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Juist sandy beach. Bakery, supermarket and various other shops are also just a few 100 meters away. The walk to the harbor is also only 10 to 15 minutes.
