The apartment is flooded with light and is located on the 4th floor of an apartment building. It is easily reached by elevator. The property is in the immediate vicinity of the Königsallee. It is therefore very good and centrally located. There is a great connection to public transport, lots of shopping, restaurants, bars and cafes are very close.
